Nothing beats a healthy, balanced diet and regular exercise when it comes to weight loss, but if you want to have a health boost (especially after the Christmas indulgence), a super-quick body blitz is in order. Our 3-day detox is the ticket to feeling lighter and more energised, with clearer skin and increased mental clarity. Sounds good, doesn't it?!
The rules
1 Start the morning with a glass of warm water and a dash of fresh lemon or lime juice to supercharge your digestion.
2 Sip water between your juices to make sure your body flushes out toxins effectively.
3 Starting from the soles of your feet, exfoliate your body using upward sweeping motions towards the heart. Do this before your morning shower, using a body brush.
4 Cut out alcohol and caffeinated drinks one week before you do the detox.
5 If you feel too hungry on the detox, increase your intake from four juices to five, adding as extra Glowy You smoothie.

Tropical beach
Blitz 1 cup coconut water, 1 handful pineapple chunks, 1 handful mango chunks
Early riser
Blitz 3 freshly squeezed oranges, 5 large strawberries, 1 banana, 2 tbsp linseeds, 1 tbsp oats, 1 cup water
Green goddess
Blitz 1 avocado, 1 handful spinach, 1 handful watercress, 1 chunk cucumber, pinch of sea salt, sprinkle of cayenne pepper
Glowy you
Blitz palmful of almonds, handful of watercress, handful of lettuce, a few chunks of melon, juice of half a lemon, handful of strawberries
Evening beauty
Blitz 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 2 handfuls of raspberries, 1 peeled apple, 1 avocado, 1 cup water
Green and clean smoothie
Blitz 1 avocado, 1 cup wilted kale, 1 cup spinach, 1 large piece of broccoli, juice of 1 lime, juice of 1 orange, 400ml water
Day 1

You can expect to lose around 3lb, and experience less bloating, more energy and glowing skin. Gentle exercise such as walking, yoga or Pilates can be beneficial, but it's best to avoid high-intensity workouts. This diet is not suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
